After graduating from Milwaukee Lutheran High School, she went on to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater to earn a Bachelor's degree majoring in Human Resources.

After a 12 year career in Human Resources, Terilynn decided to utilize the knowledge acquired in assisting people in their careers, to assist people with their real estate needs. Terilynn has completed training to earn several designations. This training keeps Terilynn up to date with today's market.
